Boundaries and Accountability

If were going to practice acceptance and compassion, we need boundaries and accountability.

Compassion

Compassion is not a relationship between a healer and the wounded. Its a relationship between equals.

Courage

Ordinary courage is about putting your vulnerability on the line. Speaking honestly and openly about who we are, about what we are feeling, and our experiences (good and bad) is the definition of courage.

Vulnerability

Embracing our vulnerabilities is risky, but not nearly as dangerous as giving up on love and belonging and joy - the experiences that make us the most vulnerable. Loving Ourselves
